CIL ASSP 2025-2026 Executive Committee Transition Meeting – All Members are Welcome to Attend @11:30am

The executive committee will be holding the 2025-2026 transition meeting with new officers!  All members are encouraged to attend this meeting to learn about chapter governance.  The meeting will the held in the Illinois State University Health Sciences Conference Room, on the 3rd Floor of Felmley Hall – 101 S. School Street, Normal IL 61761.

Important note, the Bone Student Center Parking Lot is under construction and it’s not likely that the parking lot will be open on August 8th for our meeting.  There is parking available for free on the streets near Felmley Hall.  Pay attention to all streetside and parking lot restriction signage.  Additionally, while the Bone Student Center parking lot is closed for construction, daily visitor parking will be available at the North University Street parking garage for a rate of $5 per day.

A sandwich lunch tray will be provided, please bring your own drink of choice!  Also please make any selections in your registration for any dietary needs.

Registration is needed to make sure that we have a proper headcount for lunch.

• Arrivals 11:30am
• Lunch 11:45am
• Call The Meeting To Order at approximately 12:00pm
• A Special Thank you to our outgoing officers!  Chris Grieshaber and Don Cooper; and our Past President Kady Olson!
• Introductions of all officers and executive committee members and special committee members
• Review of our bylaws and officer responsibilities
• Review of Chapter Functions and Events Through the Chapter Year, including our PDC!
• Review of Regional Operating Committee (ROC) participation requirements
• Possible bylaw updates for easier election processes
• Any new business brought forward
