Summary: Chlorine – The Good, the Bad and the UglyThis discussion will review how chlorine is beneficial to society, a general overview of its production, transportation, and storage. A review of chlorine’s basic physical, chemical and toxicology properties will be presented along with potential release consequences for the public that includes video of actual testing of chlorine releases to improve modeling.
